Our IC-1600 Intelligent Controller maintains an entire database and provides support for up to
16 directly connected devices (over 100 if multiplexed). It stores up to 30,000 cardholders or
transactions.

UP-2000 Universal Panel
The UP 2000 Universal Panel can make all access control decisions and store
transactions independently of the host. It works in conjunction with our Access Gold and
Access Security Integrator software applications. Intelligent features make this control panel
a powerful solution for any system.
• Supports three types of communication connections, RS232 direct, RS232 dial-up or TCP/IP
• Dial-up communication to the panel eliminates leased lines, and can be scheduled to
upload transactions during off-peak times to save phone costs.
• When transaction buffer is full or if an alarm occurs, the panel will immediately dial the host.
• A dial-back feature is also provided. When enabled, the panel will hang up after receiving a
call, and immediately dial back the number.
• Four expansion slots support the DW-2 Dual Wiegand Module, MC-168 Monitor Control Module,
MM-32 Monitoring Module and CM-16 Control Module.
• Supports virtually all card technologies.

EdgePlus and EdgeReader
EdgeReaders utilize network access via the Ethernet (PoE) to eliminate the need for separate
power supplies. The EdgeReader stores up to 44,000 cards or credentials and buffers up
to 5,000 transactions if network connection is disrupted.
